Talent International is partnering with a leading international bridal retailer to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager (Customer Experience Manager). This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to join a premium bridal boutique, working in a beautiful fashion-focused environment where exceptional customer experience is at the heart of everything they do. This is a permanent position based in Rosebery, Inner Southern Sydney.

The Role

Working alongside the Store Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations, sales performance and customer experience of the boutique.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Lead, coach and motivate a team of bridal stylists
n
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
n
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for every bride
n
- Support recruitment, training and development of the team
n
- Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and escalations
n
- Coordinate in-store events, promotions and trunk shows
n




- Maintain exceptional merchandising and presentation standards
n

About You

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- 3-5 years' retail management experience
n
- A strong background in sales and customer service
n
- Proven leadership and team coaching skills
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
- A passion for fashion, styling and premium customer experiences
n
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
n

n

Experience within bridal, fashion, luxury or apparel retail would be highly regarded but is not essential.
