We're recruiting experienced Senior Commercial Managers for some of Europe's largest Data Centre and major construction projects.

n

And this isn't necessarily about packing everything up and permanently moving to where the project is.

n

Many opportunities operate on 17/4 or 10/4 rotations, with accommodation and project flights paid for, giving you the opportunity to build a life in Europe while working on major international projects.

Where could you work?

n

- Finland – major Data Centre investment, excellent infrastructure, incredible summers, access to nature and highly attractive low-tax arrangements on qualifying projects.

- Sweden – major projects across the country, attractive tax arrangements on qualifying assignments and the opportunity to experience Scandinavian living while contributing to some genuinely career-defining developments.

- Germany – one of Europe's largest construction markets, with major opportunities across Data Centres, Advanced Manufacturing and other large-scale developments.
n
- Netherlands – major international projects combined with excellent connectivity, making it incredibly easy to travel throughout Europe on your time off.
n
- Portugal – potential opportunities on major projects, offering the chance to combine European earning potential with an incredible climate and lifestyle.

Permanent relocation is also available on selected roles — particularly in Ireland,



for those who'd rather put down roots than rotate.

n

Depending on the project, you could potentially base yourself elsewhere within the EU and fly into work for your rotation.

n

Live in Dublin, Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, Rome, Warsaw, Prague or another European city and travel to your project.

n

Accommodation paid. Project flights paid. 10/4 or 17/4 rotations. Allowances on top of salary on selected projects.

What could the move actually look like?

We recently placed a Senior Commercial Manager from Perth who was earning:

n

$230K (his previous package before relocating)

n

He moved to a major Data Centre project in Sweden on:

n

€28K Living Away Allowance ($45K)

n

€15K Car + Fuel Allowance ($25K)

n

PLUS accommodation and project flights fully paid by the employer.

We're particularly interested in Senior Commercial Managers with strong contracts and cost leadership backgrounds, major-project experience and solid company tenure.

Candidates whose employment history consistently averages only 18 months–2 years per employer are unlikely to be successful.
