Key Responsibilities:

- Merchandising Excellence:Maintain client product ranges strictly in line with store plan-o-grams.
n
- Stock Management:Ensure stock in bays is completely full by down-filling from hand stock and other store locations.
n
- Sales Maximization:Secure prominent off-location displays of key product lines to maximize consumer sales.
n
- Presentation Standards:Ensure client stock is on display in a clean, saleable condition with all price labels positioned to the retailer's standard.
n
- Inventory Control:Manage store stock levels in line with retailer expectations and seasonal variation
n
n
Our ideal candidate possesses:
n
Prior merchandising experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided. Candidates with Bunnings Vendor experience will be highly regarded!
n
Strong Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and sharp organizational skills.
n
Autonomy: A proven ability to work independently and commit to achieving set targets and daily duties in-store.
n
The Essentials: A current, valid driver's licence, vehicle and mobile phone.
n
Physical Capability: Fully able to climb ladders, pull stock from top shelves, and work at a fast pace.
n
Professionalism: Highly reliable, well-presented, and tech-savvy with a good working knowledge of computers.
n
Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude backed by strong problem-solving capabilities and a sharp attention to detail.
