We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy food and grocery warehouse. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organisation and a proven ability to manage warehouse staff and operations efficiently.

What you need
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience within food, grocery, FMCG or logistics highly regarded
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
What you will be doing
- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations
- Supervising and coordinating warehouse staff
- Overseeing receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
- Managing stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Coordinating loading and unloading of deliveries
- Monitoring warehouse productivity and performance
- Ensuring food handling, safety and workplace procedures are followed
- Rostering and allocating staff as required
- Liaising with drivers, suppliers and customers
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse
- Working closely with management to achieve operational targets
