What you'll be doing

n

Deliver person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with relevant standards and legislation.




n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
n Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.

Candidates will be required to meet the following criteria:

n

Cert III qualification in Health Services Assistance or equivalent or one year completion of Undergraduate Registered Nursing or Midwifery degree.

n
