There is now an exciting opportunity for experienced STORE MANAGER & ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER tojoinour STORE OPENING at DFO BRISBANE.

THE ROLE

As a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will be working closely to drive sales in a high-performing and fast paced store.

Our Managers at Shaver Shop play a fundamental role in the overall success within our corporate network. As we continue to experience growth within Australia and NZ, we are always searching for career-retailers that will be our future Brand Ambassadors who are eager to make an impact on their career by demonstrating their business, sales, and relationship building skills to their team through their leadership.

This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.

To succeed in this role you will





- Have previous experience managing or co-managing a team
- Display confident leadership - you can coach, motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence
- Create a positive and inspiring environment for our customers and staff
- Employ exceptional customer focus and service
- Understandthe use of KPI's to drive yourself and the team
- Have experience in recruiting, inducting, training and inspiring new talent
- A desire to challenge and further develop yourself to achieve company and personal objectives through continual improvement
- Ability to multitask - excellent time management and delegation skills
- Maintain store presentation standards and brand awareness
- Enjoyable working in an uplifting working environment
- Strong attention to detail

You will be required to meet Shaver Shop’s employment criteria which will include a criminal history check.
