What you'll be doing
- Greeting patients in a warm and skilled manner upon arrival
- Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining accurate patient records in our practice management system
- Processing patient payments and handling financial transactions
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception
