CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of large-format retail assets across Melbourne, including sites in Springvale, Maribyrnong, Taylors Lakes and Bendigo. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive compliance and safety, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.

A solid FM background in retail/commercial properties and proven budget management are essential.
