MACA is seeking experienced Site Administrators to join our team at the Dingo Range Gold Project working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.

The Dingo Range Gold Project developed by Emerald Resources is a 1.41 million ounce greenfield gold asset located in Western Australia's North Laverton region, representing one of the state's emerging gold developments.

Key result areas include:
n
n
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster and leave management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and preparation of correspondence.
n
- Deliver onboarding support and responsive day-to-day administrative assistance.
n
- Raise purchase requisitions, perform accurate data entry, and prepare weekly and daily reports.
n
- Assist with timesheet queries and ensure accurate allocation of cost codes within relevant systems.
n
- Coordinate flights, accommodation, and roster logistics.
n
- Manage site supply coordination, including deliveries to and from site locations.
n
- Act as a liaison between site operations and corporate offices,
managing inquiries and ensuring timely communication of key information.
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Previous experience in a site-based administrative role within the resources sector.
n
- Exposure to maintenance and/or production environments (preferred but not essential).
n
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
n
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
n
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
n
- Experience with JDE preferred.
n
- A National Police Clearance within 12 months of currency.
n
