Bayside Health is seeking a Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to lead a specialised DE&I; team and drive enterprise-wide DE&I; initiatives across its public health network in Melbourne and surrounding regions.

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will design and implement inclusive practices, governance frameworks and DE&I; metrics, ensuring alignment with Bayside Health's commitment to a secure, respectful workplace.
