About you
- Previous restaurant management or senior FOH experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience training and managing hospitality teams
- An understanding of rostering, labour costs and restaurant profitability
- Confidence running a busy service
- Strong attention to detail
- A current Victorian RSA
- Good knowledge of food, wine and hospitality
- The ability to deal with problems calmly and make decisions
