Plastec Australia is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Caloundra West location in Queensland with an opportunity for flexible working hours for the right candidate.

This is a crucial position within our client and sales administration function, where you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will play an integral role in maintaining and strengthening our customer relationships, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and support.

What you'll be doing

- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing accurate information about products and services
- Processing and self checking customer orders
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience

What we're looking for

- Experience in a customer service or client administration role, ideally within a sales or manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, quotes and administrative documentation
