Key responsibilities

- A key component of the role is developing the processes and systems that enable staff to deliver exemplary support to students with disability and additional learning needs, and leading our team of education assistants in delivering these outcomes.
- This role will lead the whole school literacy and numeracy strategy, ensuring a consistent, evidence-based approach across learning.
- The role carries responsibility for SEN planning and documented plans across the school, including oversight of student case management, coordination of learning adjustments, and the maintenance of documentation and reporting standards.
- In this role, the successful applicant should grow staff qualified knowledge and facilitate collaborative partnerships with families,



allied health professionals and external agencies so that students receive timely and effective support.

What you need

- The successful applicant will ideally have clear experience with managing disability resourcing processes and ensuring school practices align with strategic priorities and NCCD compliance requirements.
- hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
