Carpentry ASAP Pty Ltd T/A Jeffersons Flooring is seeking experienced Finishing Carpenters/Flooring installers to join our team in Cheltenham, Victoria. This is a full time position, offering the opportunity to work with a leading provider of high-quality timber flooring solutions.
Perform precision finishing work on timber floors, including sanding, staining, installation and nosing manufacture
Install and fit skirting boards, trims, and other finishing touches
Ensure all work meets the company's high standards of quality and safety
Collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finishing Carpenter/timber floor layer or in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Must live in Australia or moving to Melbourne.
