Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with the preparation of quotes, renewals, and policy documentation

Liaising with insurers to obtain terms, quotes, and key information

Supporting in the day-to-day management of client portfolios

Responding to client enquiries and providing ongoing service support

Processing endorsements, certificates of currency, and policy updates

Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance requirements are met

Assisting with claims coordination and follow-up as required

About You

- Experience in insurance, administration, or a client service role (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

- Tier 1 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
