We are seeking a passionate, collaborative Psychologist who wants to be part of a genuinely supportive team culture. A typical day at Mind Connect Psychology might include:

- Developing thoughtful, comprehensive case conceptualisations.
- Creating and delivering individualised, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Providing psychological interventions such as CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy and other modalities.
- Working collaboratively with families, schools, GPs, and other professionals.
- Maintaining accurate, timely notes and correspondence.

What you’ll bring

- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
- Eligibility for a Medicare provider number.
- WWCC and willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Check.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in private practice, community, health, or educational settings.
- Strong assessment, formulation, and diagnostic skills.
- Assessment experience (e.g. WISC-V, WPPSI-IV, WAIS, ADOS, ADI-R, Conners) - preferred, not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Your own device for use at the practice.
- Commitment to ongoing professional and personal development.
