- Complete residential and commercial cleaning to REALCLEAN’s standards
- Perform regular house cleans and deep cleans
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and other assigned areas
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow REALCLEAN cleaning procedures and checklists
- Travel between customer locations using your own vehicle
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of work
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues or shortages
- Complete jobs efficiently and within the allocated time
- Represent REALCLEAN professionally at every customer visit
Skill & Experience
- No previous cleaning experience required – full training provided
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive time management and ability to work efficiently
- Comfortable working independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning duties
- Professional, friendly and respectful attitude
- Able to travel between customer locations
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle required
- Must be willing to complete a police check before commencing employment
