Bonnie and Neil is one of Australia's most loved homewares brands, known for creating beautiful, inspiring, joyful and artful ranges of luxury linen products for the home.

A newly created role, reporting directly to the Founder / Creative Director, you'll own the forecast and flow of inventory across our wholesale and eComm channels, turning our beautiful designs into high quality homewares, delivered on time.

This is a part time role, (2-3 days per week) for someone who loves the challenge of balancing numbers and instinct: forecasting demand, managing supplier relationships, and making sure every collection lands beautifully and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

Create seasonal range and inventory plans, using sales history and demand forecasts to recommend units per style and guide inventory investment

Own demand forecasting and inventory planning across wholesale and eComm, ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time

Monitor inventory, sell-through and stock cover, identifying overstock and stockout risks and recommending actions

Raise and manage purchase orders, from initial orders and reorders through testing, TOP samples, production, shipping and final delivery

Manage production lead times and critical paths, proactively identifying and resolving risks to collection launch dates

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, managing timelines, quality, issues and delivery expectations

Plan and manage stock splits between wholesale and eComm to match demand





Coordinate product labelling, packaging and quality requirements with manufacturers, including care labels, country of origin, fibre content, barcoding and retailer requirements

Maintain accurate SKU, purchase order and inventory planning systems

Share clear, regular stock, forecasting and delivery updates with the wider team

About you

Experience in supply chain, merchandise planning or production for a wholesale or direct to consumer product brand

A natural problem solver who takes ownership and keeps things moving

Strong supplier relationship skills, with the confidence to manage overseas partners

A sharp analytical mind, able to turn sales and inventory data into transparent recommendations

Meticulous attention to detail, organised with the ability to juggle multiple collections at once

An understanding of product labelling and packaging compliance

A love of beautiful product and pride in quality and getting the details right
