We're looking for a Client Experience & Studio Manager to help run the front end of the studio and make sure everything — from the first enquiry to the moment a client walks out the door — runs smoothly.

What You'll Own

The Clients

From their first enquiry to walking out the door, you'll make sure they feel welcomed, informed and looked after.

n

The Bookings

n

You'll manage enquiries, appointments, follow-ups and rebooking opportunities.

n

The Studio

n

You'll help keep the space organised, professional and running smoothly.

n

The Team Experience

n

You'll work closely with artists and studio staff to keep the day moving and support the people around you.

n

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Loves working with people

- Has strong customer service and communication skills

- Is confident with sales and client conversations

- Is organised and proactive
n
- Can handle a busy environment
n
- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
n
- Builds rapport naturally
n
- Brings good energy without losing professionalism
n
- Has experience in hospitality, retail, beauty, wellness, studios or similar
n

You don't need to be a tattoo expert.

n

You do need to understand people, take pride in great service and be comfortable working in a creative, fast-moving environment.
