Job Description

Our Client is a well established Australian organisation with a strong national presence, supporting people and communities through a diverse range of services. Currently they are seeking a Purchasing Analyst to support within their Business Operations team on a 6 month FTC, commencing mid- October. You'll support the end-to-end purchasing and procurement lifecycle, working closely with the internal stakeholder and suppliers.

About the role:

- Managing day-to-day procure-to-pay activities, including purchase order, invoice reconciliation and receipting
n
- Ensuring purchasing and billing queries are resolved accurately and within agreed timeframes
n
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve purchasing, purchase requisition, purchase orders, goods receipt and invoice-related queries
n
- Quality checking and processing of contracts
n
- Supporting procurement strategies that deliver cost-effective purchasing outcomes
n




- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
n
- Providing reporting, data analysis and general administrative support as required
n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience across purchasing process and Procure-to-pay
n
- Experience using Coupa or another financial/procurement system is essential
n
- Experience in contract management system
n
- Trained and proficient in process improvement methodology
n
- Proficient in Microsoft office 365
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Possesses solid attention to detail with problem solving skills
n
- Proven ability to work with a large team or experience in working in fast-paced environment
n
