About the Role

n

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse with some Administration duties to join our Queensland operation based in Park Ridge.

n

This is a full-time role with a strong focus on day-to-day warehouse operations, along with order entry, invoicing and general administrative support. It would suit someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work as this will be the bulk of the role but is also comfortable using computers and assisting with office-based tasks when required.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is organised, practical and keen to develop or apply their skills within the swimming pool industry.

Key Responsibilities

n

Warehouse & Logistics

n

n
- Receiving, checking and dispatching stock
n
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
n
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with inventory control
n
- Coordinating deliveries and managing incoming and outgoing freight
n
- Keeping the warehouse organised, clean and safe
n
- Assisting with stock movements and general warehouse duties
n
- Operating a forklift
n
- Deliveries in Company Van
n
- Unloading containers
n

n





Order Entry & Administration

n

n
- Entering customer orders accurately into the system
n
- Processing invoices and related order paperwork
n
- Assisting with freight bookings and delivery documentation
n
- Responding to basic customer, supplier and internal enquiries
n
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting general office administration
n
- Working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently
n
- Myob experience would be highly regarded but not essential
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
n
- Robust attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
n
- Good computer skills and confidence learning business systems
n
- Swimming pool industry experience, highly regarded
n
- A current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n
- Basic mechanical or technical aptitude
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A customer-focused approach and good communication skills
n
