Lead the educational program and Quality Improvement Plan against the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard
n
Act as Nominated Supervisor and Responsible Person, holding the safety and wellbeing of every child as the paramount consideration
n
Lead and develop the team, and maintain regulatory ratios and qualification requirements
n
Manage the service within the committee-approved budget, including enrolments, occupancy, fees and government funding
n
Build warm partnerships with families and represent the preschool across the local community
n
About you
n
An approved Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved early childhood teaching qualification
n
Eligibility to be a Nominated Supervisor under the Education and Care Services National Law
n
Substantial early childhood experience including leadership or supervisory experience
n
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, child protection obligations and the NSW Child Protected Standards
n
A current Working With Children Check, plus First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates

We are an incorporated association and registered charity, governed by a voluntary management committee of parents and community members. Our team of twelve delivers a high-quality, play-based program in a close-knit service where every educator knows every child.
