About the role n
As a Pressure Welder ,
you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality pressure welding on industrial piping systems, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, site specifications and strict safety requirements. You'll be working within a heavy industrial workplace alongside experienced shutdown and maintenance crews.
Requirements n
To be considered, you will need:
n
n
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Welder or equivalent
n
- Demonstrated experience as a Pressure Welder within heavy industrial, power generation, mining, oil & gas or resources environments
n
- Current pressure welding qualifications and the ability to complete weld testing if required
n
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding procedures (WPS)
n
- Working at Heights (completed within the last 2 years)
n
- Confined Space (completed within the last 2 years)
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
n
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
n
