From custom tool carriers to next-gen rippers, we're shaping the future of excavation tools – and we want you on the tools with us.

YOUR ROLE:

- Weld and fabricate heavy steel components to AS/NZS 1554 standards (Boiler-Makers)
- Load and set up the CNC plasma cutting machine, Cut and prep steel parts ready for the Fabrication team as per production overview (Machine Operators)
- Build advanced earthmoving attachments using precision drawings and shop plans
- Work across CNC, brake press, and advanced cutting machinery (Machine Operators and Boilermakers)




- Contribute to prototype development and next-gen attachment design

- Earth-Moving Equipment breakdown/repairs

YOU BRING:

- Trade-qualified in Boilermaker/fabrication/welding (BoilerMakers/Fabricators/Fitter Welders)
- Completed trade certificate in boilermaking/fabrication/welding is required
- Minimum 3+ years of welding experience is required for this position
- Experienced in CNC Plasma cutting, loading and Unloading Plasma bed, Hand Power tools experience, Basic computer Experience. (Machine Operators)
- Skilled in MIG welding steel (multiple passes) 1.2 mm- 1.6 mm wire
- Keen eye for detail and strong understanding of fabrication drawings
- Eager to learn, grow, and innovate with a future-first team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in building a brand new product from scratch to paint-readiness
- Experience in the earthmoving, mining or agri-machinery building space
- Basic personal tools and a welding helmet (Boiler Makers/Fabricators)
- Ability to work 9.5hr shifts over 4 days (38 hours minimum) Monday to Thursday
- Australian permanent resident status is required for this position
