We are a family owned and operated company located south of Wollongong. We have been supplying engineering products for over 35 years both locally and throughout Australia to all forms of industry.
We are seeking an experienced an urethane caster/factory hand to join our team. Your ability to work with other members of staff and also be able to time manage is a key requirement.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Casting/demoulding/dressing urethane parts.
- Priming (painting) blasted steel
- Set up and demoulding parts.
- Cleaning factory
- Assisting other staff with their daily duties
- Delivering and picking up goods
- Measuring completed parts and recording measurements as part of quality assurance
To be successful you will have and demonstrate the following:
- Previous factory experience
- Drivers licence in manual
- Fork lift licence preferable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time, task and priority management
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail
- Neat, tidy and skilled presentation
- Team player with the ability to work unsupervised
The required working hours are 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday.
There is overtime opportunity before and after work, with occasional Saturdays available. Occasionally, overtime will be required.
