New Opportunity: Security Architect – DevSecOps & AI

We're supporting a leading global financial services organisation, who are looking for a hands-on,forward-thinking, and highly technical Security Architect to lead the secure design and implementation of next-gen technology platforms.

This role suits an engineer or solutions-minded builder with a security mindset, not a traditional security architect. You'll work at the intersection of AI, cloud, and contemporary engineering practice, embedding security into the fabric of how the business builds and ships software, not as a gatekeeper, but as a genuine enabler of innovation.

What you'll do

- Architect security for cutting-edge AI systems, leading threat modelling and designing controls for agentic and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures
- Champion DevSecOps by building and overseeing security controls across CI/CD pipelines, securing the software supply chain end to end
- Define and enforce security architecture across major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), with particular depth in container runtime security
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex risk into pragmatic strategies that keep pace with the speed of technology adoption

What you bring





- Strong grounding in AI concepts and AI-specific threat modelling
- Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks and platforms such as LangGraph and ADK
- Deep knowledge of pipeline security controls and vulnerability management
- Experience with Git-based platforms (GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, etc.)
- A track record in software supply chain and developer tooling security
- Hands-on expertise securing container runtimes across major cloud providers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence engineering stakeholders
- A balanced, risk-aware mindset that supports, rather than slows, innovation

We're especially interested in people who've come up through engineering or product-focused roles rather than a conventional security career path, including those from smaller organisations where you've worn multiple hats. Architectural pattern-building can be learned on the job; deep hands‑on engineering skills cannot.
