Ryft' is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Tamworth, NSW. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our retail store. This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answering customer queries and providing product information

Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment

Replenishing and restocking merchandise as needed

Handling cash and processing transactions accurately

Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety standards

Supporting the wider retail team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills

Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
