Job Description

You’ll be contributing to services at scale, supporting a network that delivers more than 14 billion litres of safe drinking water to over 65,000 properties and treats more than 14 billion litres of wastewater every year.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Undertaking planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant and equipment across Redland Water's water and wastewater networks.
n
- Operating and maintaining a variety of plant and equipment including cranes, trucks, utes and specialist mechanical equipment.
n
- Supporting the development of maintenance schedules, work records, safety requirements and asset management activities.
n
- Contributing to a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace while working collaboratively with team members and contractors.
n

What you need nn
- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or equivalent mechanical trade background.
n
- Experience in mechanical maintenance, repairs and fault finding, with skills in welding, fabrication and/or machining.
n
- Robust problem-solving abilities and the capacity to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose maintenance solutions.
