Microflite Aviation is seeking an Aviation Safety & Quality Officer to join our growing team at Moorabbin Airport, Melbourne. This hands-on role supports safety and quality across rotary-wing, fixed-wing and aerodrome operations, reporting to the Safety & Quality Assurance Manager.
You will work with pilots, engineers, operational teams and leaders on investigations, audits, risk assessments, fatigue data and practical improvements to strengthen safety culture.
