Acclaimed Workforce is seeking an experienced Print Lead to join our client's production team in Somerton.

n

This is a hands‐on leadership position suited to someone with experience in a manufacturing, textile printing or production environment who can lead by example, maintain production standards and support the team to achieve daily targets.

n

About the Role
n As the Print Lead, you will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the print room, supporting the Print Supervisors and ensuring production goals, quality standards and workplace safety requirements are consistently met.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Lead and monitor Print Operators to ensure production and quality targets are achieved
n
- Oversee daily print room operations and workflows
n
- Check materials and equipment are correct and ready for production
n
- Identify and troubleshoot common equipment issues and escalate technical problems when required
n
- Coach and train team members while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe production environment
n
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
n
- Assist with shift handovers and task coordination
n
- Complete reporting and other duties as directed by leadership
n
- Work collaboratively with Print Supervisors and the wider production team
n
- Step into Production Associate duties when required
n

About You




n We're looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and confident leading a team in a fast‐paced production environment.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or textile print environment
n
- Previous team leadership or senior operator experience
n
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to quality
n
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn production systems
n
- Solid communication and time management skills
n
- The ability to troubleshoot common equipment errors
n
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team
n
- A practical, hands‐on approach and willingness to lead by example
n
- The ability to follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
n
- A willingness to work overtime when required
n

Physical Requirements
n This is a hands‐on production role and requires the ability to:

n

n
- Stand and walk for extended periods
n
- Bend, twist, reach, push and pull
n
- Perform repetitive movements
n
- Handle tools, equipment and production materials
n
- Lift and move materials up to 23kg (50lbs) independently, with team lifting procedures used for heavier items
n
