We are currently seeking enthusiastic, caring and committed casual Community Support Workers to join our Community team who has a minimum availability of 3 days per week, including Monday, Friday and flexible day third day

About the Role

n

As a Community Support Worker, you will play an significant role in helping older people remain safely and independently in their own homes.

n

You will:

n

n
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each client's individual needs
n
- Support clients from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds
n
- Deliver services with compassion, dignity, respect and integrity
n
- Follow individual Care Plans and Task Lists to provide support including:n n
- Personal care
n
- General housekeeping




n
- Social support and companionship
n
- Transport and assistance to attend appointments or activities
n

n
- Build positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families
n
- Support clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life
n

n

About you:

n

n
- A minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, a Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing, or completion of the first year of study towards it.
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
- Must be available a minimum of 3 days (Availability must fall on a Monday& Friday)
n
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred support.
n
- Your own vehicle (registered, roadworthy, and insured).
n
