Your Role Will Include:

n

- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
n
- Providing emotional support and companionship
n
- Encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their goals
n
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating with families and healthcare professionals
n

What You'll Need:

n

n
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or cert IV in Disability
n
- Experience in disability or aged care
n
- Diabetes management experience
n
- A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Up-to-date vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook
n
- NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check
n
- Right to work in Australia
n
