A beautiful local private wedding venue is seeking a Wedding Day Manager to join the team for the 2027 wedding season. This is a casual position commencing 2027, available Fridays, Saturdays and some Sundays throughout the Spring and Autumn wedding seasons.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage wedding day operations to ensure every wedding runs seamlessly
- Communicate confidently with couples, guests and vendors
- Provide exceptional customer service and create unforgettable experiences for couples
- Take charge and think on your feet to handle day-of coordination
- Ensure every couple feels their wedding is the most key event of the year
About you
- Experienced in events or wedding coordination
- Highly organised and calm under pressure
- Passionate about exceptional customer service
- Well presented and confident communicating with couples, guests and vendors
- Willing to go above and beyond to ensure every wedding runs seamlessly
- Holds a current RSA or is willing to obtain one and jump in the bar if needed
