About the role
As a Service Refrigeration/Aircon Technician at Bell-Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This full-time role is based in Canberra, ACT.
What you'll be doing
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and associated components
- Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work utilising ServiceM8.
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address their needs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Proven experience as a refrigeration/air conditioning technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and repair issues
- Solid customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- A valid driver's licence is essential
- Commitment to working safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations
