We are looking for a full-time Administration & 3IC to join our team at Treehouse Early Learning Marsden.
n
This is a unique combined role that offers the best of both worlds - dedicated administration time each day, while still being actively connected to our children, educators and centre operations.
n
You will work closely with the Director and leadership team and play an important role in helping our service run smoothly, supporting our families and being a reliable point of support for our educators.

About the Role
n
This is a full-time, 5-day-per-week role, working 7.5 hours per day.
n
Your day will generally include:
n
n
- Approximately 4 - 5 hours of administration and operational responsibilities
n
- Approximately 2.5 - 3.5 hours supporting within the centre and on the floor
n
- Additional floor support when required based on staffing, ratios and the needs of the service
n
n
Because this is an important leadership and operational role, flexibility is essential. You will need to be available to work a range of start and finish times depending on the needs of the centre.
n
This is not a traditional office-only position. We are looking for someone who enjoys administration but also values being visible, involved and connected with the children, families and educators around them.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
Your administration responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing enrolment enquiries, waitlists, tours and family onboarding
n
- Supporting families with enrolments, bookings and general enquiries
n
- Managing family accounts, fees and account enquiries
n
- Assisting with CCS administration
n
- Following up outstanding accounts where required
n
- Maintaining accurate enrolment and centre records
n
- Managing emails, phone enquiries and general correspondence
n
- Preparing documentation, notices, reports and family communications
n
- Supporting casual bookings and changes to enrolments
n
- Assisting with excursions, incursions, events and additional programs
n
- Supporting the overall organisation and day-to-day administration of the centre
n
n
Your leadership and operational responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Working closely with and supporting the Director
n
- Providing day-to-day support and guidance to educators
n
- Assisting with room movements, staffing, breaks and operational needs
n
- Supporting educator-to-child ratios across the service
n
- Acting as a Responsible Person when required
n
- Supporting educators with professional practice and service expectations
n
- Helping maintain high standards of supervision, safety and compliance
n
- Supporting the implementation of policies and procedures
n
- Assisting with National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
n
- Helping solve day-to-day challenges as they arise
n
- Maintaining positive relationships with children, families and educators
n
- Stepping onto the floor and supporting rooms when needed
n

You will ideally:
n
n
- Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
n
- Have previous experience working in an early childhood service
n
- Have leadership or senior educator experience
n
- Have experience with childcare administration, enrolments and family accounts
n
- Have an understanding of CCS administration
n
- Have a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
n
- Have strong computer and communication skills
n
- Be confident using childcare management systems
n
- Be available to work 5 days per week
n
- Have flexible availability across the centre's operating hours
n
- Experience using Xplor, TANDA and Storypark preferred but not required
n
n
