Our Senior Stylists earn $71,000–$120,000+ per year , with uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

Our top performers consistently earn over $120K , supported by strong guest demand, an established salon and a commission structure that rewards performance.

Our Salon Coordinators manage bookings, timing and guest flow, so you can focus on what you do best, your clients and your hair.
