Process Worker | Early Morning Shift | Rocklea

- Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 1:30pm

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a reliable and motivated Process Worker to join a busy manufacturing facility in the Rocklea area.

This is a casual position with an immediate start and the potential for ongoing work. The early morning shift provides consistent weekday hours, leaving your afternoons free.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Inspecting products and completing quality control checks
- Packing finished products carefully and neatly
- Stacking and palletising packaged boxes
- Labelling products and cartons
- Completing general labouring and cleaning duties
- Assisting with additional production tasks as required
- Maintaining a protected, clean and organised work area

To be successful, you will need:

- Previous experience in process work, production, packing or manufacturing is beneficial
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- The ability to complete an online induction before commencing
- Availability to work from 5:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday




- Your own high-visibility clothing, long pants and steel-capped safety boots
- A strong work ethic and the ability to take responsibility for your work
- Good attention to detail and a safety-focused approach
- The ability to perform repetitive and physically active duties
