Mowing and edging lawns using a variety of equipment
Trimming and pruning shrubs, hedges, and trees
Weeding, mulching, and general garden maintenance tasks
Assisting with landscaping projects as needed
Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in a secure manner
Maintaining and cleaning equipment and tools
Providing excellent customer service to clients
What we're looking for
Previous experience in lawn and garden maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physical labour in various weather conditions
A passion for gardening and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces
A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
What we offer
At Brisbane West Mowing and Slashing, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and inclusive work environment. We also provide all necessary equipment and training to ensure you can carry out your duties safely and effectively. Casual basis with average of 32+ hours/week, with potential for ongoing or full-time work. Previous experience highly regarded with above award rates for suitable candidate.
