You'll be visible in clinic, working closely with our doctors and clinical team, solving problems as they arise and making sure the clinic operates at its best.

About the Role

n

As Practice Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of our Perth clinic.

n

This is a genuinely hands-on leadership position. One moment you might be working with a doctor to optimise their clinic schedule, the next coaching a team member, reviewing clinic performance, resolving a client concern or jumping onto reception during a busy period.

n

You'll have the autonomy to lead your clinic and make decisions, while working closely with our wider leadership team.

n

We're looking for someone who takes accountability, maintains high standards and gets things done.

What You'll Own

n





n
- Leading the day-to-day operations and performance of the Perth clinic
n
- Building strong, professional and collaborative relationships with our doctors and clinical team
n
- Leading, coaching and developing the clinic team while maintaining clear expectations and accountability
n
- Managing rosters, workforce planning and clinic schedules to maximise doctor utilisation and operational efficiency
n
- Being visible and hands‐on in clinic, including supporting reception and client‐facing operations when required
n
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through to procedure and aftercare
n
- Monitoring clinic performance, financial processes and P&L; outcomes
n
- Managing stock, consumables, equipment and general clinic readiness
n
- Maintaining high standards across compliance, safety, presentation and clinic operations
n
- Identifying problems early, taking ownership and implementing practical solutions
n
- Supporting the continued growth and commercial performance of the clinic
n

About You

n

We're looking for more than someone who can simply "run a clinic."

n

You'll be a confident, resilient and solutions-focused leader who can build credibility with different personalities and communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical teams.

n

You'll know when to listen and collaborate, when to challenge constructively, and when a decision simply needs to be made.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager or senior healthcare leader
n
- Experience working closely with doctors, surgeons, specialists or other senior clinicians
n




- The confidence to manage competing priorities and personalities while maintaining positive professional relationships
n
- A leadership style that balances support with accountability
n
- The ability to remain calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused when plans change
n
- Strong operational and commercial awareness, including experience with budgets, P&L; or clinic performance
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- The ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
n
- A willingness to be hands‐on and help wherever needed
n
- A proactive mindset — you'll notice what needs doing and take ownership rather than waiting to be asked
n

n

Experience in specialist healthcare, surgical clinics, cosmetic medicine or another quick‐paced private healthcare environment would be particularly valuable.
