We are currently seeking a Concierge to work with the General Manager and provide excellent customer service at The One Residences - an 80 Floor Tower located on Adelaide Street.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in concierge or customer service roles.
n
This is an entry level position and may suit a recent graduate or a person with a valid working visa.

Main Responsibilities:

- Greet residents,
visitors and contractors with a professional and friendly approach
n
- Assist with resident requests and general enquiries
n
- Monitor building access and maintain security protocols
n
- Coordinate deliveries and manage mail and parcel systems
n
- Report maintenance issues or building concerns promptly
n
- Support building management and contribute to a positive, safe community
n
n
What We Need:

- A genuine passion for helping people and creating a outstanding first impression
n
- Previous experience in a customer service role, hospitality, retail or front-of-house roles
n
- Well-presented, punctual and professional
n
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
n
- Manadarin Speaking is preferred
n
- Availability to work business hours only
