Cathara Consulting are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support the operation, maintenance and improvement of critical enterprise business systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, vendors and service providers to provide technical support, resolve system issues and support system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

- Administer, maintain and support enterprise business systems and applications.
- Investigate, prioritise and resolve incidents, technical issues and service requests.
- Perform system monitoring, auditing, testing, maintenance and fault resolution.
- Support system enhancements, integrations, upgrades and data migration activities.
- Manage user access, system security, permissions and connectivity.
- Work with project teams to support requirements, technical specifications and implementations.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and external service providers.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures and training materials.

About you

You will be an experienced Systems Administrator with solid technical troubleshooting, systems support and stakeholder engagement skills.





- Experience administering and supporting enterprise business systems.
- Strong ICT incident, problem and service request resolution experience.
- Experience with system analysis, implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Working knowledge of system security, access controls and connectivity.
- Experience supporting system enhancements, integrations or data migrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with software vendors and external service providers.
