Key responsibilities

- Support Registered Nurses/Midwives in the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care within your scope of practice.
- Undertake and assist with routine and specialised nursing procedures in accordance with care plans, policies and skilled standards.
- Monitor patient condition, recognise clinical deterioration and escape concerns appropriately.
- Contribute positively to teamwork, quality improvement activities and a supportive, respectful workplace culture.

What you need

- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate.
- A team-oriented clinician with experience delivering nursing care in a healthcare setting under appropriate supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures.
