About the Role

We are looking for a Full Time Venue Manager to to lead our team at The Bistro. As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of The Bistro,



leading a high-performing team and ensuring outstanding service, operational excellence, and financial performance. You will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires those around you, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for both guests and team members. You will;

- Manage day-to-day operations across venues, including staff performance, guest service standards, and product quality;
- Ensure effective financial management, controlling costs (food, labour) to meet sales budgets and profit targets;
- Lead people practices including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, development, and offboarding;
- Develop team members’ product knowledge and role capabilities to exceed Belongil Group’s business objectives.

About You

To be the perfect addition to The Belongil Bistro, you will have 5 years prior experience in a comparable role within a hospitality business where you've applied your strong business acumen and shown excellent leadership. You'll also:

- Be highly skilled and customer oriented;
- Be confident, calm and approachable;
- Be motivated to continue growing and developing your career with an excellent business;
- Hold a valid RSA and First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain.
