Truck N Earth Pty Ltd is looking for experienced Boilermakers to join our growing team at our Rutherford workshop.

We are introducing a 4-day work week, offering better work/life balance, with overtime available when required.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Fabrication and welding repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment
n
- Crack repairs, wear plate replacement and component rebuilds
n
- General fabrication and structural repairs
n
- Working alongside mechanics and other trades to complete jobs safely
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
Boilermakers
n
n
- Experience with heavy equipment repairs and fabrication
n
- 3–5 years post-trade experience preferred
n
- Experience with Caterpillar equipment highly regarded
n
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
n
- Solid commitment to safety and quality workmanship
