Job Description
We are seeking 2 experienced Training Specialists to join a major Federal Government reform program delivering significant legislative, business process and system change.
n
This is a hands‐on role focused on reviewing and maintaining learning materials, facilitating training, supporting stakeholder education activities, and helping deliver a large‐scale training rollout to both internal and external audiences.
n
About the Role
n
Working within an established Education & Training team, you will support the delivery of training programs, briefings and learning activities for diverse stakeholder groups.
n
Most training content has already been developed, with responsibilities focused on reviewing, updating and delivering training rather than building large learning programs from scratch.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver virtual and face‐to‐face training sessions, workshops and briefings
n
- Facilitate learning activities for internal and external stakeholders
n
- Review, update and maintain training materials, guides and learning artefacts
n
- Assist with the creation of training content, scripts and supporting documentation
n
- Work closely with SMEs and business stakeholders
n
- Translate complex policy, legislative and system information into user‐friendly learning content
n
- Monitor learner feedback and identify improvement opportunities
n
- Support ongoing training activities as the program moves into rollout and adoption phases
n
n

We Are Looking For
n
n
- Experience facilitating instructor‐led training and workshops
n
- Strong written communication skills and experience developing or reviewing training materials
n
- Ability to simplify complex information for different audiences
n
- Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders
n
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
n
- Experience supporting business change, regulatory reform, compliance, policy or system implementation initiatives
n
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced delivery setting
n
n
Mandatory Requirements

- Australian Citizenship
n
- Active Baseline Security Clearance
n
- Ability to work from Canberra or Melbourne when required
n
n
Contract Details
n

- Initial contract through to 30 June 2027

- Expected start mid‐October
