Job Description

Harris Farm Markets in Recent South Wales is seeking a skilled butcher to join our fresh meat team. You will prepare, present and sell high-quality protein products while mentoring Junior Meat Assistants to deliver the Harris Farm standard in customer service and product knowledge.

You will maintain strict cold chain, hygiene and food safety practices across shifts, ensuring clean stations and accurate cuts that meet our specifications.
