Just Spas Hallam is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. We sell premium Australian-made spas, swim spas, saunas, and urban pools and we need someone who can sell on quality, not just price.

About the Role:

n

We are after a results-driven closer someone who thrives on matching customers with the perfect spa solution and can confidently handle objections while focusing on value, longevity, performance, and warranty advantages.

- Sell spas, swim spas, saunas, and urban pools—helping customers improve their lifestyle.
n




- Convert showroom and online enquiries into sales—in person, by phone, and email.
n
- Complete general administration tasks, including updating customer records, processing paperwork, and following up enquiries.
n
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock handling, logistics, customer service, showroom presentation, and general store upkeep.
n
- Work weekends—Saturday and Sunday availability on a rotating roster is essential.
n

What We are Looking For:

- A strong background in sales, ideally from furniture, bedding, automotive, electronics, or other big-ticket retail sectors.
n
- Confidence in closing deals and handling objections with ease.
n
- Excellent communication skills – you're great at painting the lifestyle, not just describing the product.

- Solid attention to detail – especially with product knowledge and paperwork.
n
- A hands-on team player, willing to help across all aspects of store operations.
