Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the pharmacy retail store.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and growth opportunities for the pharmacy retail team.
- Ensure adherence to KPIs.
- Driving sales and profitability through strategic merchandising, inventory management, and promotional efforts.
- Collaborating with the business owners and Pharmacist Manager to identify and implement improvements.

Who We’re Looking For:

- At least 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy management.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent people management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and standards.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
