With a massive local pipeline of work, they need a proven Electrical Supervisor to hit the ground running. You'll manage site installations from North Brisbane up to Beerwah, leading an active on-site team to deliver high-quality outcomes safely and on schedule. What

You’ll Be Doing Site Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of electrical trades carrying out complex rail installation works.
n
Rail Signalling: Oversee the installation and maintenance of signalling equipment, including signals, train stops, point machines,
track circuits, and level crossings. Safety First: Drive health, safety, and environmental standards in office, including leading daily Toolbox and Safe Talks.

Delivery & Quality: Monitor construction plans, timeframes, and compliance against strict engineering designs and rail standards. What You

Need to Qualify Electrical / Electrical Mechanic Licence Certificate IV in Rail Signalling
n
Strong background as a Supervisor within the rail industry Active Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card & Construction White/Blue Card Valid Driver's Licence
n
Sharp problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office
