We are seeking dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

About the Role

n

We have full-time and part-time positions available for hands-on Support Educator roles working directly with children within our early learning environment. The successful candidates will support children's development through structured activities, supervision and daily care routines in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies.

n

We are looking for Educators with a variety of Certificate III, Diploma or ECT qualified backgrounds.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Contribute to the planning and delivery of play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

n

Assist in preparing and implementing educational and recreational activities

n

Provide attentive care to infants and young children including feeding, nappy changing and supporting toileting routines where required

n

Observe, document and support the assessment of children's development and learning

n

Apply positive behaviour guidance strategies to support children's social and emotional development

n

Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety, wellbeing and engagement

n





Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, rest and transitions

n

Maintain a safe, clean and organised learning environment

n

Work collaboratively with educators and families to support each child's development

n

Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards, child safety requirements and centre policies at all times

n

Skills and Experience

n

Certificate III, Diploma or ECT qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

n

Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in a childcare or early learning setting preferred, more is advantageous

n

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

n

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

n

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

n

Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, care and professionalism

n
